Sean Newman, father, brother, son and friend to all, was killed in a motorcycle accident on July 8th, 2010. He left his wife Julie, his six-year-old son Jackson, and a large close-knit family behind. Those who knew Sean will be comforted by the fact that he was a truly happy, loving and sincere person who cared deeply for those around him. Words cannot express the emptiness in our hearts and our lives, but we are certain, beyond the shadow of a doubt that he is in peace with God now.
Those who knew Sean could see plainly that his entire life was a shining example of what it truly means to be a fulfilled, loving, patient and kind man. We were all truly blessed to have known him.
Donations:
The Newman family is kindly requesting that flowers and other gifts not be sent as condolences, instead please consider making a contribution of any size to The Kay Foundation for adoption in Sean's memory.
Sean & Julie spent the last five years working to adopt a child. In the process they became instrumental in giving their family's charitable trust, The Kay Foundation, a focus towards helping other loving families adopt a child.
Mementos:
We're asking that Sean's friends & family bring a small written or typed note (photos welcome too) with a pleasant, funny, or endearing memory of Sean (not a condolence, just a story or recollection) to be added to a scrapbook for his family to remember him by - to give them a more meaningful memory of who his father was and what he meant to others.
Those who can't attend, please send your memento to:
